About Staff Duties
As a staff member at Miami Roleplay, you will be responsible for:
- Community Management: Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all players
- Rule Enforcement: Ensuring all community guidelines and server rules are followed
- Player Support: Assisting new and existing players with questions and issues
- Event Coordination: Helping organize and run community events and activities
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring roleplay quality and providing constructive feedback
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of incidents and player interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 13 years
- Active Discord and ERLC player
- Strong communication skills
- Previous roleplay experience preferred
- Available for at least 4 hours per week
