About Staff Duties

As a staff member at Miami Roleplay, you will be responsible for:

  • Community Management: Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all players
  • Rule Enforcement: Ensuring all community guidelines and server rules are followed
  • Player Support: Assisting new and existing players with questions and issues
  • Event Coordination: Helping organize and run community events and activities
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring roleplay quality and providing constructive feedback
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate records of incidents and player interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 13 years
  • Active Discord and ERLC player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous roleplay experience preferred
  • Available for at least 4 hours per week
